Shipping is available to Mainland UK only.
We cannot offer shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another order notification when your order has shipped.
Market opens for online orders Monday-Tuesday every week, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed before 9pm on Tuesday are processed Wednesday, delivered Thursday.

Deliveries are made on a Next Day Pre-12 delivery service by our courier partners, DPD. They will send you an email and text SMS updates when your order is out for delivery, including a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery. If you are not going to be in, you do have options with DPD to allocate a safe place or deliver to a neighbour.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our courier partners, DPD, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order on the expected day of receiving your shipping confirmation email from DPD, please contact us at hello@whitfish.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
What time do DPD deliver?
Any time between 8am-12pm. In rare cases, if your local delivery van has a lot of deliveries during that slot, your parcel may not arrive until up to 6pm. Our packaging is sufficient to keep your order fresh in the event of a delay.
